Who we are
I’m Sol Trevino, founder and CEO of ALLBCI. I studied psychology and anticipatory intelligence at Utah State University. My cofounder, Colton Nelson, is our CTO. He’s a software engineer double-majoring in Finance and Software Engineering with a focus on AI. Together, we’ve launched the first version of our platform, partnered with a Yale neurotech hackathon, and received strong early feedback. Users told us directly they would use and pay for it. We’ve also had early interest from DARPA and In-Q-Tel.
What we’re building
ALLBCI is a brain-computer interface platform. It connects EEG headsets to real applications like games, social media, productivity tools, and more.
The platform includes:
A software bridge that translates brain signals into app commands
Fast, machine learning–based calibration that adapts to the user over time
A neural data infrastructure that stores and organizes EEG data
APIs and SDKs for developers to build EEG-based features
This lets users do things like scroll TikTok with their brain, control games hands-free, and boost focus . On the backend, the data powers research, mental health tools, and potential defense use cases like stress monitoring and deception detection.
What we’re raising and how it’s used
We’re raising $500,000 in a pre-seed round. Here's how it will be spent:
$250,000 for product development
Hire engineers
Build the EEG data pipeline
Launch mobile and desktop apps
Prototype consumer hardware
$91,350 for marketing and user growth
Creator campaigns on TikTok and YouTube
BCI hackathons and developer events
Community incentives
$116,000 for legal and operations
IP filings and HIPAA compliance
Admin, legal, and payroll
